Deborah “Debbie” Preston is the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker’s two South Beach offices.  In this role, Debbie is responsible for one of the highest producing geographic areas for both Coldwell Banker Florida and Coldwell Banker nationally.  Debbie’s offices include over 125 agents, some of whom are among the highest producers in the country among all Realtors irrespective of Company affiliation.

Debbie has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Prior to that, she was the owner and President of a successful retail business.

Believing that community involvement is both a requirement for those that are in a position to give back, as well as being good business, Debbie has been active in the Chamber of Commerce, serving on the International Committee, Goals Conference sessions and the Professional Development Committee.  She has also been involved with the Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation and helped to raise monies for various charities including Habitat for Humanity.
