For real estate buyers with a taste for art, culture, and a metropolitan lifestyle- the Mosaic condominiums on Miami Beach are a perfect buy. Located on Miami Beach’s last parcel of oceanfront property, the Mosaic brings all the pieces of a perfect cosmopolitan lifestyle together into one conveniently located development.
Mosaic Miami Beach is set to rise on the oceanfront within Miami Beach's legendary Historic District. Mosaic on Miami Beach will personify luxury surrounded by unobstructed direct Miami beachfront view, five-star condo in a resort-like setting, private cabanas, one balcony overlooking the ocean and one balcony overlooking the Intracoastal and every unit has a private elevator entrance. Rising 20-stories, Mosaic's plan designs may range from approximately 1,350 to 3,500 square feet of residential area. The Mosaic offers buyers the opportunity to invest right at the heart of one of Miami’s most active and exciting areas.
With its prime location being so close to the National Historic Art Deco District, it was important to the Miami Beach community and developers alike, that the Mosaic blend with the flavor of its local surroundings. To that end, the Fullerton-Diaz design concept for the 20-story Mosaic structure was unanimously approved by the City of Miami Beach Historic Preservation Society.
According to the pre-construction site plan, Mosaic on Miami Beach will be comprised of 84 condominium units and four oceanfront townhouses. The building’s inspired architectural design allows the Mosaic to minimize many of the potential problems that come with living in an area like Miami Beach, namely: limited parking, noise and crowding. To this first issue, Mosaic on Miami Beach will feature a multi-level covered parking garage underneath the community lobby and condominium residences. This will allow Mosaic residences and their guests to avoid the usual hit-or-miss meter parking on Miami Beach.
As the last oceanfront condo site in Miami Beach’s Historic Art Deco District, the Mosaic will feature waterfront of the Atlantic Ocean along the western face of the community. Residences including this view are the four oceanfront townhouses on the ground floors of the structure, as well as the two oceanfront penthouses on the top floor.
To the east, condominiums will look over Miami Beach towards Biscayne Bay. Condos on the south face of the building will look down Collins Avenue towards the bright lights of Miami’s world-famous South Beach area. And to condos with northern views will look up Collins Avenue towards North Beach and Bal Harbour on the Intracoastal Waterway.
On the lobby floor of the Mosaic structure, condo buyers will find a nice selection of chic amenities, including: an oceanfront pool and outdoor spa area, an indoor fitness center complete with Pilates and yoga, a full kitchen and club room, a full-service bar with a wine tasting room, a business center, and a meeting and media room.
With plans for only a limited number of units, Mosaic on Miami Beach is one of WCI Communities most exclusive developments. |
