Newest Solís Resort Opens Third Quarter 2008 in Sunny Isles, Florida ATLANTA, GA (March 6, 2006) – Solís Hotels and Resorts has announced the first new addition to its portfolio since its launch in July 2005. Slated to open in the third quarter 2008, The Sunny Isles Solís Resort, Spa & Residences will be the premiere oceanfront Solís property, complementing the brand’s existing
collection of urban hotels.

Through its unrivaled location along a pristine stretch of beach just north of Bal Harbour, The Sunny Isles Solís Resort, Spa & Residences will feature unobstructed ocean views to the south and east for most guest rooms. Internationally renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica is overseeing the
design of the project, which will reflect a vibrant, modern spirit evocative of its surroundings. The resort will feature 140 guestrooms,130 residential units and amenities including a full-service spa, meeting facilities and a signature
restaurant.
