Boca Raton / Highland Beach

World-famous Boca Raton is a coastal city located in Palm Beach County, and is one of the largest and fastest-growing cities in South Florida. This vibrant and culturally-rich community offers a diverse range of properties, attractions, and fine-living opportunities.

Boca Raton is known for its high standard of living and affluence: its median household income is among the highest in the area, and the city has a large concentration of luxury resorts, communities, and condos. In fact, according to Forbes, it hosts three of the ten most expensive gated communities in the country: the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club at number one, The Sanctuary at sixth place, and Le Lac takes the eighth spot. The famous Boca Raton Resort, built in the 1920s, remains one of the most highly-rated hotels and clubs in South Florida.

Boca Raton has a large and diverse number of residential high-rises and neighborhoods to choose from. Many buildings in the area have distinct Mediterranean and Spanish architectural themes, while strict zoning codes have minimized the presence of billboards, commercial establishments, and building signs. Thus, the city has preserved its historic tropical charm while nonetheless hosting a dynamic and thriving business district downtown.

The city is also well-known for its diverse cultural offerings: in addition to its pristine beaches and rich green spaces, the city hosts a number of museums, gardens, golf clubs, and even the longest-running professional theatre.

Jupiter / Vero Beach

The town of Jupiter is located in Palm Beach County, Florida. With a population of around 55,156, this medium-sized community adds the dynamism of a city with the charm of a small town. In fact, Jupiter is technically a northern suburb of the Miami Metropolitan Area, offering a prestigious living location near one of South Florida’s most vibrant large city.

This majestic area of North Palm Beach County features a tropical and serene setting.  Historic lighthouses guard the coastline, while many traditional estates remain. Jupiter is known for beautiful beaches, tight-knit sense of community, sprawling golf courses, and water front estates.

Jupiter caters to a wide-variety of lifestyles and living arrangements.  Admirals Cove Country Club and Jonathans Landing are great communities for water front property, tennis, or golf. Egret Landing, Maple Isle, Paseos and Botanica are great for single-family homes, while Loxahatchee Club and Jupiter Hills offer reputable golf courses.

Vero Beach, located in neighboring Indian River County, is part of the famed Treasure Coast, an area of majestic natural beauty and peerless sandy beaches. As part of one of the wealthiest counties in the US, Vero Beach offers a very high-standard of living, with a large concentration of resorts and luxury properties.

Indeed, Vero Beach offers a versatile real estate landscape, as it caters to only the most affluent tastes. You can choose between ocean front, intracoastal, golfing, and private neighborhood communities. This quiet, secluded, and prestigious community guarantees tropical living and relaxation few towns can offer. It’s an excellent place for both permanent or seasonal homes.

Palm Beach

The Town of Palm Beach, also known as Palm Beach Island or the Island of Palm Beach, is one of the oldest and most prestigious communities in Florida, having been founded in 1911 as a resort town by Henry Flagler, who declared it a “veritable paradise”. Since its glamorous beginning as a destination for the rich and famous, it has lived up to official motto of “The Best of Everything,” becoming a byword for luxury and easy living.

In fact, Palm Beach was selected as America’s “Best Place to Live” by the prominent luxury-lifestyle magazine Robb Report, which among other things cited the town’s affluence, “abundance of pleasures,” and strong community-oriented sensibility” as major strong points. Needless to say, this illustrious coastal city all but guaranteed a phenomenal quality of life.

Located on a 16-mile long barrier island, Palm Beach is the easternmost city in Florida, separated from the mainland by the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. Its exceptional location means that you’ll enjoy one of the best climates in the world, with year-round warmth and sunshine combined with sumptuous ocean breezes – in fact, the city receives an average of 2,900 hours of sunlight annually, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors.

As one of the most exclusive towns in the country, Palm Beach only has around 10,000 permanent residents, with its seasonal population increasing to about 30,000. This small size ensures a tight-knit and welcoming community where you will feel safe and at ease. Most Palm Beach residents are older and wealthier than the average Americans, and the city subsequently has a prosperous and relaxed standard of living to prove it.

Indeed, some of the most expensive homes and condos in the region can be found here, many of them adjacent to the ocean or waterway. You’ll have no shortage of floor plans and architectural styles to choose from, as Palm Beach explicitly caters to a variety of luxury lifestyles and preferences.

Befitting its location, the city is a major center for tropical living, hosting a range of great marinas, resorts, nature trails, and more. Despite its quiet and laid back environment, Palm Beach is rich with cultural and recreational attractions, including a wide selection of great shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. As one of the world’s oldest resort cities, it’s lead the way in accommodating a spectacular standard of living.

Manalapan

Manalapan is a small beachside town located in Palm Beach Country. With less than 400 residents, it is one of the most exclusive and secluded communities in South Florida. Those seeking a high but relaxed standard of living should definitely consider Manalapan.

This coastal village is almost completely surrounded by water, with the famed Intracoastal Waterway to its west, the Atlantic Ocean to its east, an inlet to the south, and another small beach town to its north. Needless to say, this cozy community should be your number one destination if you’re looking for fine tropical living.

Incorporated in 1889, Manalapan is one of South Florida’s oldest municipalities. Its founders conceived it as a low-density residential town that would emphasize safety, beauty, community, and quality. To that end, this unique town has stood out in its residents against large-scale property development, continuing to remain a quiet, relaxed, and exclusive location.

Unlike other cities in the region, it has preserved much of its original charm and natural environment, allowing residents to enjoy life in a pristine natural environment. In fact, only 4% of its land has been designated for commercial use, thus emphasizing residential living without the hustle and bustle.

Manalapan is one of the wealthiest communities in the region, with a median income of around $127,000. Therefore, many of the large and traditional homes to choose from will be among the most lavish on the market. Most properties feature spacious lots, waterfront access, and luxurious amenities. You’ll have your own personal niche of unmatched paradise living.
