In August 2007 I began working with Willian to find a condo that suited my needs, in a very short time frame

I contacted him via email, and received an immediate response. Within a day he had sent me a complete list of condos available in the area I was interested as well as a few others he thought I might like.

On one of my trips to Florida, shortly thereafter, Willian met with me to view all condominiuns that I showed an interest in.

He operated with a very high level of professionalism and knowledge of real state that he was showing, and of the industry in general.

I would recommend William to anyone who is looking for just the right residence, whether it is a primary or secundary home and who does not have allot of time to necessarily pound the pavement to do so. He is a very hands on realtor with the customers BEST INTEREST AT HEART.

From start to finish William assisted me with every aspect of buying a new home, what I would consider above and beyond the call of duty for a realtor.
