Las Olas River House redefined the Fort Lauderdale skyline when it was completed in 2005.

At 42-stories, this 287 residence tower is the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale and clad in blue glass it is the most dramatic and distinctive.

Las Olas River House occupies an entire city block on fashionable Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale along the New River, with views of the river, the ocean, the city and beyond.
