With all the new developments, property flipping, booms, drops, and expansions, it’s hard to tell what’s what in the South Florida real estate market these days. Jade Ocean began its quest for superiority when its developer, Fortune International, enlisted renowned architect Carlos Ott (of ARTECH fame) to embark on this fifty-story, 250-unit creation. A majestic six-story cascading waterfall will welcome residents into the building where the “Grand Lobby” awaits with breathtaking ocean front views. Outside, the property will be encompassed by a continuous infinity edge pool which flows directly into the waterfall.

The residences themselves will be nothing short of spectacular. Each unit will feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open to terraces overlooking the city or the beach. The kitchens will boast European cabinetry and lavish conveniences such as stainless steel Miele and Sub Zero appliances, built-in Cappuccino makers, and Blanco faucets. The bathrooms are, of course, designed by Phillipe Starke and include Dornbracht faucets and hydrotherapy bathtubs.

Full laundry rooms with washers and dryers will dismiss any “common” laundry experiences, while wireless internet throughout each residence will ensure constant connectability.

While Jade Ocean’s construction plans are certainly a glorious feat, it’s the property’s “extras” that make this development stand out from the pack. In addition to a full-service spa, fully-integrated security system, 24-hour concierge, and workout facilities equipped with Technogym™ advancements, Jade has tapped into a higher level of “connection” capabilities.

Recently, the $5 million sales pavilion hosted a party for the A-list networking group, Quintessentially. Boasting such prestigious members as Madonna and Mick Jagger, Quintessentially serves as a high-end concierge service with offices around the globe that secure everything from hard-to-get restaurant and hotel reservations to personal stylists and helicopter rides for their members. There are a lot of high-rise condos saturating this market, but this one certainly seems to offer a combination of the best “everything” available.
