Mansions at Acqualina at 17749 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach
A duplex penthouse at the Trump Group’s the Mansions at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach has hit the market for $55 million, the second-highest current South Florida asking price, according to a release from Coldwell Banker sales associate William Pierce.
Pierce has been tapped to help sell unit No. 47, which remains under construction. The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom condo offers 15,000 square feet of indoor space.
The 47-story waterfront condo building, located at 17749 Collins Avenue, is owned by the developers Eddie and Jules Trump. It contains 79 luxury condos — all fully furnished by Fendi Casa — of which 42 have sold in the first six months, totaling $200 million in sales, as reported in May. Amenities include disappearing glass walls, a 25-foot waterfall, two outdoor kitchens, a pool and Jacuzzi, a screening room, a wine room, a spa and a billiards room.
In March, Pierce closed the $34 million sale of a combined-unit penthouse at the Residences at the Miami Beach Edition, making it one of Miami’s priciest penthouse sales ever, as previously reported. [SB Wire] — Mark Maurer
