In Miami Beach, EWM Realtor Nelson Gonzalez just listed a top-floor penthouse at W South Beach. The unit includes 3,300 square feet of interior and terrace space – and a $10 million price tag.
In Hallandale Beach’s Golden Isles community, Auction Co. of America and Jim Gall will put a 7,800-square-foot home on an Intracoastal point lot on the auction block on June 1.
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s William Pierce – who earlier this year sold a combined penthouse unit at The Residence at the Miami Beach Edition for $34 million – this week listed Palazzo Di Mare, a 28,000-square-feet home on five oceanfront acres in Vero Beach for $19.9 million.
Meanwhile, Jack Elkins with Fite Shavell & Associates in Palm Beach is having a hard time keeping listings. In the past year, he sold 14 of 17 of his listings, including 1370 S. Ocean Blvd. in Manalapan for $15.6 million.
“It’s been a great season,” he enthused.
“The ultra-luxury real estate market in Florida has been exceptionally strong last year,” Pierce said, “and has continued into this year.”
At least for those who can land the listings.
